Store Policy

  1. Non-Transferability: Please note that points earned through our store loyalty program are non-transferable. This means that points cannot be moved or given to another person's account under any circumstances.

  2. Exclusions on Sale Items: Points cannot be used towards the purchase of items that are on sale. Sale items are excluded from the points redemption program to ensure consistency (unless otherwise stated).

  3. Enhanced Redemption Value: To Be Announced. (Stay Subscribed for 2024 HUGE points redemption value update!)

  4. Point Expiry: points will not expire so as long there is purchase history within at least 2 years of previous purchase. Otherwise a points expiry notification will be sent out 2 weeks in advance to inform.
